Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson has refused to be drawn on the future of the promising Jeffery Schlupp amid speculation that the 20-year-old is set to sign for the club.
Schlupp has been on trial for the past couple of weeks and will spend a further week with the club after having his trial extended for the second time.
“I don’t know at this point. He’s still at Manchester United. It’s as it was,” said Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson.
“It’s an arrangement between the two clubs and Jeff is enjoying himself there. Both clubs are happy and we will see where it takes us.”
