Scott McTominay handed reward for superb breakthrough season at Man United


Scott McTominay has been included in Alex Mcleish’s first Scotland squad ahead of friendlies with Costa Rica and Hungary later this month.
The youngster has made 12 starts for Manchester United this season and recently made the decision to represent Scotland – rather than England, where he was born – on an international level.
McLeish noted last week that McTominay’s passion to play for Scotland impressed him when the pair last week and revealed he would be in the squad.
And Scotland have confirmed on Monday morning that the 21-year-old would indeed make his first international appearance at any level for Scotland over the next international break.
