David Moyes has emphasised the hard work that is ahead for the staff and players at Manchester United, and admits that his movement in the summer window could determine his position next season.
Moyes officially takes charge of Manchester United on July 1 from Sir Alex Ferguson and has already begun work behind the scenes with plenty of back room staff changes.
