Marcus Rashford has hailed Romelu Lukaku’s incessant determination to improve himself at Manchester United, and says he has taken inspiration from it.
The young English striker netted twice in a fantastic 2-1 win against Liverpool to end a goal drought that had seen him score just three goals in all competitions since October.
It was Rashford’s first Premier League start since Boxing Day, and the 20-year-old revealed he has taken things from Lukaku’s game since the Belgian arrived at Old Trafford last summer for an initial £75m from Everton.
